Discovering the secret of eternal youth would be a feat for even the most genetically blessed and clean-living of us, but for me, Lawrence, who’s been physically training and food testing my-human-body the house I live in yes, the spirit of me inside and out testing for diseases - inflammation, chronic pain, mental well being, and for the remedies  of secrets that should be no secret at all there is a ton of natural remedies so, from the age of 21, I’ve witnessed yes observed myself and my people’s ruin our body’s with bad-food, alcohol, smoking, and drugs, bad attitudes, that only resulted in massive depression, “I took the bull by the horns” yes me, training all for health, and not big muscles, in which I became the East Coast Champion Bodybuilder, all naturally, my story gets got is even more remarkable, as the decades unfolded.

     It is fair to say that Lawrence has spent the past four decades doing everything in his power to reverse and learn from terrifying diagnosis, and I managed to put all ill-health conditions into remission alert.  My self hurting and healing experiments  with life-style, attitude, food, is a all natural “biohack” - integrating the findings of cutting-edge health research into my own everyday life - have been so transformative that ten years ago I founded wrote built suffered for the movie concept screenplay franchise A Beautiful Tragedy movie Project I had to live first. I suffered in Hollywood whisked to Bollywood into Cape Town SA’ to write the story which is based on a true story as nuanced as fiction!   My non-profit movie theme organization aims to equip everyone with the knowledge and tools to live a healthier, longer, happier mobile life at anyage.

      My Master G’ character is educated and certainly looks considerably younger than his years, because his mental health, and physical athleticism, along with bones, skin, are evident to the naked eye he’s a young mans dream machine for futures to come. His undyed black hair sprouted from years of stress became “lighter shades of brown and blonde with a few greys” he calls wisdom checkers, like his baby born natural colors.

       His relative youth was measured in 2023 by a company he co-founded called ‘Forever-young” located  in Bombay India, which uses a finger prick blood test to assess the state of the immune system, and generate as estimated ‘biological age” based on comparing the levels of inflammation in the body to averages at various points during a normal lifespan. 

       “Inflammation is the root of all illness and one of several things, I have been paying attention to for the past 30 years, I say. Still, even I was astounded by the results. 

        “I took a C-reactive protein (CRP) test, the most common measure of inflammation in the body, routinely given on the NHS for people who have autoimmune diseases, and watched my CRP numbers come down over the years from over 10, when I got my diagnoses, to now 0.1. That’s low, the same as a 15-year-old, which convinced me because it corroborates the biological age results, of newbies.”

         Admittedly my steps aren’t an option for most people grappling with their mortality.  So, I lived it for you for decades and wrote the movie screenplay that just should be made and called: PE’ “physical education” the human bodies owners manual for the new-bees coming into the world, because most parents are the root cause of their own children being ruined.  And the second thing I live by is to stop stress, no matter where it come from, that leads to unhealthy habits, foods, anger, are the big contributor to chronic disease, and self destruction. 

        My next move was cutting out all liquids, and foods, that created inflammation and stress. Therefor I committed to not only physical training daily and my secrets done correctly, I hand built my equipment while doing everything I could to maintain a healthiest appearance, to turn out, my forever-young youthful body - inside and out - and created my MuscleArts training programs, form decades of success  - and yes my regimen can be adopted by anyone any age wishing to turn back time daily. My exercise chair, and Sphere Cells, are the first and only in the World, intwined in my movie plot for outdoor movie profit.  A sly way of hooking the audience to buying the products from the adventurous story, by the expert, and everyone loves the expert don’t they?  You bet they do! 

        SO. Having already turned the clock backwards daily by almost at least four decades, what, I wonder, is your ultimate goal - living in your happy fun energetic teens, perhaps? Listen age means nothing kids, young adult as are the unhealthiest of us all today.  Age is to learn from, and become consciously awakened from out lessons of failures. And or achievements doesn’t mean we are successful at all.  Age is a pure blessing to keep reminding ourselves, I am better now than ever.  

       I’ve always said:  I’d like to be the oldest youngest person who ever existed on earth, thats a goal still, 123 + 377 days I will die then.  I will live happily mobile without aids, peacefully, energetically, and gladly.  I’m enjoying the aging process, and when the “good Lord’ calls on me… again… I want him to look at my physical state of being, and say: Son, you’ve taken such good care of the house I gave you, now go back there you have  much more work to be done, you didn’t destroy your temple Son you are life!

         So, once again, one of the first things I Lawrence did was test what foods made me feel bad, and identified sensitivities to those foods and how they reacted to inflammation, skin, eyes, feelings of nervousness and my energy.  Like alcohol creates inflammation, restricts blood flow, kills organs, and smoking kills oxygen creating cells to die, creating tension, yes all smoking, as well.  Also, remove all sugar (“it’s junk”), alcohol and most complex carbohydrates, but not all, eat fruit carbs, water and juices, and coconut juice for hydrate, eat sweet potato’s or as I can potato cooked in boiling water adding olive oil, pink or rock salt.  A teaspoon of pink salt in warm water for breakfast cleansing every morning. 

       I have coconut oil, daily.  I also have great skin and hair from it.  I drink coconut juice daily which feeds ‘good” gut bacteria.  I juice celery daily, lemon, and cayenne drinks.  I eat apples weekly, oranges, watermelon juice or other juice I prepare. I eat lots of plants for the gut to “Reduce chronic inflammation’. And of course I eat a sweet here and there, chocolate dark, in warm milk before bed, serotonin sleepy sleepy sleepy.   

     I fast weekly  drinking celery juice and coconut water, and hot lemon water, yes liquids, and hydrate cells, with fruit, watermelon, apple, orange, whole lemons, I eat the rym of all my oranges and lemons. lol and my bestie for the heat sinking pecker, figs, figs are the greatest thing for a hard-on and filling your nuts with seamen, yes a mind blowing organism men and she’ll like it to eat figs for a solid rockin hard-on.  And she’ll like it to!  

      For example, I eat nothing after 8PM, and liquify my cells when thirsty.  I restrict food intake from then until the next Mornings, I drink hot water, with pink salt, ground up whole lemon yes the skin.  

     And the toilet should be your best friend several times early mornings, empty out your gut, daily in mornings, and if you eat like me, you need no toilet paper. Now thats clean.   I use warm face cloths anyway for toilet paper, and rinse them.  It’s best for your anal organ, and it also Saves trees…. After my working out, I eat a half or whole can of water packed sardines, with tomato, cucumber, sprinkle pink salt, and olive oil.  I don’t dink fluids with meals, let your intestinal receptors do the digesting and I lay on a flat Hard floor daily after any meal for 15 to 20 minutes.  Allow your intestines to be open and flat.  They will love you back.  You see the problem with seats is they restrict flow, and your intestines cannot be healthiest all in a knot.   Some mornings, I eat two eggs boiled in water and vinegar, with olive oil.  Small portions always no more than two fists filled of food.  I also eat wild game weekly, one time. Deer mostly.  I don’t eat cows.   

               Also.  Research has shown weekly restricting food intake, can help reduce chronic inflammation, which is linked to obesity, type 2 diabetes and heart disease, by stimulating autophagy, the body’s cellular renewal and recycling process.  Earlier the University of Cambridge scientists discovered that fasting also raises levels of a chemical in the blood known as arachidonic acid, which inhibits inflammation. 

​                   For lifting use my strength training blood flowing full range Sphere Cells SW hand weights.  And listen no Olympic or professional athletes are health experts fully but they do amaze us by training long periods of bursting feats daily.  There is no six minute routine, “which is better than one” but if you want to live longest you must move daily longest in a variety of manner.   ‘My Sphere Cells SW, keeps blood flowing, keeps lessor bulking, and strengthens bones which are a major factor to ageless humans.  Our bones are the hidden fountains of youth, so learn how to put stress on them with my Sphere Cells SW, and not harm them with those stupid dumbbell twins.

                 My MuscleArts regimen is for professionals, and beginners alike. 

​             Get to bed well before midnight I close my eyes when it gets dark, 9-pm and awake 4-am, and turn over like a rotisserie human for best blood flow, and body circulation till sunrise!

              Stay in tune with the natures time it is the healthiest clock to live by, day and night.

I sleep until my body tingles about ten hours.  And during day times, after I eat, or drink I lay back for a power-nap about 20 minutes, and let my intestinal receptors work thoroughly for maximum restoration and a foreveryoung human body and mind.  The hours between 10pm, and 2am, are crucial for optimizing the amount of time we spend in non-REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, the initial phase when the body repairs and regrows tissue, builds bone and muscle, and strengthens the immune system - all important for longevity antiaging.  To reduce inflammation it’s essential to ensure you get the good night of rest sleep, by align sleep patterns with the natural rhythms of natures light, and darkness hours. If you struggle at night what did you do before hand to be like that?  And if you struggle lay flat, focused on the breathing, lightly closed eyes, it’s bedtime to meditate. Warm milk, is awesome for sleep. 

          Daily also I go inversion such as upside down in my exercise recliner. Sending blood flow to the brain and limbs in zero gravity peddling the life cycle on it…

         Stress management is essential to reducing inflammation and my best way to relax is getting flat down on a hard floor.  Otherwise certain postures, sitting upright, stretching, breathing daily have been used by yoga for centuries to reduce both physical and psychological stress.  I of course have my own MuscleArts routines, that work best.  Yes, I stretch daily many times anytime I need to relax and align my bones and muscle, in my garden of plants and around trees.  Posing, in complete stillness, with natures plants is the greatest of relaxation, this causes you to focus so much on the moment, to stay in balance, with nature energy, life around you, that any stresses and worries leave my mind for that time. It takes all my concentration, all my senses, alertness, hearing, seeing, breathing, and intuitions of being alive to become one with nature, to become nothing and just be like the tree. 

​              I don’t take any supplements, I believe they do nothing but shut down your natural immune system that is the first one in line to reproduce what you need from your food, and organs.  I have never and there is no one that can say supplements taken  benefits health at all.  They destroy your natural receptors, they want food, fruit, vegetables, meat, nuts, not powder junk, nothing comes close to natures nutrients but the food, it is the only things to regenerate and absorb nutrients, food air, and movement.  Would you eat 20-oranges? So why would you take 1000 milligrams of vit-c? To destroy your natural reproductive defense in you?  In 1912 Polish-born biochemist Casimir Funk, working in London, isolated the same complex of micronutrients and proposed the complex be named ‘vitamins’.  A food hormone.  He died from cancer, taking mega doses of c.
