I established my private training business, and was the talk of Hollywood for a decade. A-listers, and regular folk alike came to train with Lawrence. I’ve been asking myself a simple question all my life, that is … am I a precious life, is my life precious to me? Hello, and you? If it’s precious to you what are you going to invest this precious life time into? It’s got to be something that concerns us, isn’t it. We must not do something because they do it. Or do something because they are not doing it. This is not the way to decide things in the one life we are investing if this life is precious. We must see what it is that really matters to us. And we must do that thing that matters, and it will take lots of time to answer this question believe me, it doesn’t matter if it pays or not but, believe me if your heart is not in something fully, you will not do your best. Yes or no? And if you don’t do you best how will great things happens to you? You see, whether it is art, music, design or business or sport or spirituality, or politics, it doesn’t matter if your not absolutely devoted to what you are doing … you will never do anything significant in your life. And that’s for sure100% … I’m telling you. So keep asking yourself this question, out loud or write it down daily, and it will blossom tobe apart of you, and one day you’ll realize this is it. Sit every morning … I wake before sunrise … I meditate … watching the sunrise daily… and then I write one page of thought. Do this one thing and watch your life change.
About Franky my homeless man character. This actor work exercise I learned while formally being trained for Film & Tv, without dialog is taken on a character type, and living it truthfully. So, since I used to be a homeless man, “living in a car” which is a upgraded version, I also witness others not so fortunate to live in a car, and so, I went homeless in April 2026, for a day, without the car, and this is what happened, I lived in that reality truthfully, dirty, unclean, in the cold, in a parking lot, as you will notice certain movements like scratching myself, well there were ants in my pants, lolo, and waving hands, well, my fingers became so numb it was raining and cold on the cement, they fell asleep. I didn’t eat the day before either I was hungry, dizzy, and faint. And thats a fucking master-filled demonstration, being in the characters lifestyles … these things just happen because I the actor transformed into a homeless man Franky … starring Law Gone.
